¡ù Due to the Olympics the Chinese government has enacted new restrictions on travel visas. In the rare case that you are unable to obtain a Chinese visa for our Olympic Homestay Program Lotus will refund you your entire balance, including the deposit. This is only applicable in cases of visa difficulty for those who have applied for our Olympic Program. A copy of the letter from the Chinese consulate explaining why your visa application was denied is required for full reimbursement. In this way, you can book with Lotus without worrying about the possibility losing your deposit in the rare case you are not granted a visa.
