- Rice dumpling

There
were many preparation work required for the rice dumpling making. US students Christina
and Barbara cutting the mushroom which is one of the ingredients for the salty flavored
rice dumpling.
Dried
mushroom must be fully soaked before cutting. The Host family also joined in the
volunteer group.

on the right, US student Colin cutting jujube which is a ingredient for the sweet
flavored rice dumpling.
After preparation work, students learned to make rice dumpling step by step. It is not
an easy job to do; they were very delighted when they successfully made a good one. |
